Tax Credits for Trade-In or Move-Up Buyers

 

New tax credits are estimated to apply to over 70% of real estate buyers!  You do not need to be a first-time buyer to be eligible for up to $6500 in tax credits.    The tax credit for new home buyers has also been extended.  This is great news for buyers and sellers, but it is available for a limited time only!
